SCM Morris Ltd was set up by Stuart Morris. Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including as a fully trained chef, spending the early part of his career in both large London city centre and country hotels.

Stuart has worked in the casual dining and branded sector for over 20 years, at the likes of All Bar One, Café Med and a significant 15 years at wagamama.

At wagamama, Stuart was an integral part of the team responsible for the International Franchise expansion opening and operating locations in 14 countries across the globe.

He is responsible for preparing the UK’s leading Lebanese casual dining brand, Comptoir Libanais, as they prepare for international franchising whilst also supporting the recently acquired central production facility. 

He has built up an impressive network of hospitality experts from around the UK and the rest of the world ensuring International Restaurant Solutions can deliver the best results for our clients.
